Good Morning!

Good morning!

The closest LFS to me is 1.5hr away and just found out they are closing shop. I was going to drive there today to stock up on LRS food but decided $30 shipping is the same as my time and gas.

That's sad to hear :( were they not doing well?

They had been in business for 54 years. Started as a pet shop and turned into just fish. It had been passed down generations. I’m not sure of the circumstances for closing. It’s a bummer for sure. I stopped by there anytime I had a work meetings out of town.

At the fish store today I'm considering picking up another addition to my tank. My quarantine tank is ready to go so I'm open to suggestions. 40 breeder 60 gallons total water volume. Currently have two clowns. A firefish. And a coral beauty. I'm thinking a blenny or goby of some type. Bear in mind when we purchase our new home in about a year or so they'll all he going into a 75 :)

Mr Smith, a wheelers goby. Always on the lookout, front and center.

I have a Mrs Smith to but she was sleeping in!

Good Morning Everyone ! all The reptiles are so beautiful. I had an iguana years ago short term. I ended up giving it away. Then local snakes to show the neighbor kids. I'd keep them for a while then release. Then got serious about salts . Still think they are very cool.

edit Ya goota be quick around here. When I point of sale this it was a whole page ago & the subject had changed ! LOL

I have had both blennies and gobies. Blennies have a lot more personality IMHO .

This guy sits on the veggie clip all day.

I always have gobies and blennys.

I had a flametail blenny in my last tank, and a tailspot in this one. I think I’m going to add a flametail at some point.

I have a starry blenny too. They pay no attention to each other.

They like to sit in the same places but are very chill about it. If one is in a nice hole the other goes in another. And then they swap later.

Check out the Tribal Blenny or a Coris Wrasse. We enjoy them both. The Coris is always on the move and adds excellent color to the tank.
