Amazing how different it is here. It was unseasonably cold here this morning - in the 60's. I decided to take the heater out of the box and put it into the tank for the first time since February.

Good morning

Small triumphs - my blood sugar was 116 this morning which is much better than the 331 it was a few weeks ago
I tried my hand at poached eggs. The second one turned out perfect. I think I will go make some for breakfast.

Small setbacks. I got another bad tank of gas in my car. Seems to be a somewhat frequent occurrence now. Car goes from 28mpg to 19 and makes sounds like a sick goat that ate one to many cans when you step on the gas.


You just have to keep going.
