Yesterday my Windows operating system decided I wasn't allowed to see my pictures on my computer.
Thousands upon thousands of little grey squares.

So Linux

Plus with Linux the codecs to read the raw files from all cameras are available and actually work.

Windows is a tyrant. Must be dealt with accordingly!
My husband hates windows and is a linux guy. I don't know a thing.

Windows way of "suggesting" you need a new computer so they can sell a new version.

Good morning. Raining today, getting my Covid booster this morning.

I love round abouts! Traffic is so much smother. My town is fast becoming know for them, we have 180 now! We can always tell an out of towner cause they don’t know what too do and stop in the middle of them , round about newbies

Speaking of Windows, my work computer just went wonky and I'm rebooting. You all are 90 degrees to the right, so good morning! Hopefully, I won't be feeling like this guy in a few minutes....

Only one more month of 2021. I'm relieved. If all goes according to plan, we'll be in the not-rainy, not-cold Caribbean in about 6 weeks!

Good Morning! 24 hours from now they will be "shaving down" one of my hip bones. They're also going to add a few screws in there for good measure. Exciting stuff. Honestly, it probably won't be so bad and I will get some sympathy breakfasts in bed. I'm trying to get the lights on the Christmas tree and outdoor decorations done today because I won't be going up any ladders for awhile.

Good morning! i think of the saying that 'everyone gets a turn in the barrel' referring to the difficulties that occur in life; and i notice there is no line for the barrel. you don't have the luxury of knowing when your turn is going to come. you don't know what number they're on compared to the number you have. i think it is more like a raffle everyone gets a ticket when they come in and you can earn more chances based on the actions and decisions you make while at the party. you can also buy more tickets. I have bought more tickets thinking that the prize was one thing but it was more chances for the barrel. Some people leave early and they give you their tickets. (thanks a lot). anyway, be of good cheer while in the barrel, you are still at the party, and your turn will pass.

I'm assuming that your screen orientation is fixed by now, but ctrl+alt+(one of the arrow keys) will rotate the screen on a PC.
