Good Morning ! bike ride yesterday and again today if i get moving! PT for the bike consists of warming the oil. i think that is the same for me. we have both been sitting too much this winter. i helped my son move, then Monday i walked four miles after dropping off the rental truck. bike ride yesterday and i feel energetic today. vroom. even before the first cup.

Good Morning. I just came back from an ear Doctor. What is that like an audiologist, hemotoligist, archaeologist or some other kind of ologist.

My left ear wasn't working so he took this special "Eheim" filter, connected it to a turkey baster and sucked out a mountain of wax.

In the next room there was this young girl sitting there making candles and selling them for seven bucks each.

Jill got a kids wooden picnic table at the ReStore for $10.

Now to make repairs to it so it wont fold up when Jasper, Abby and Paige sit on it. The wood has gone a bit soft around some of the the screws. Some white paint and some bright colors coming next.

Hello all. I hope everyone has been having a good day. Just went to the dr. about my hip hurting and he said it looks like I have developed long term tendonitis, arthritis, and something else since the surgery. I said that was amazing for 3 months and he said, "Oops, somebody put your surgery as being in 2020 on your file. Totally normal then."
Apparently he has 3 other patient with the same name.
