Good morning! Husband had his back steroid injection yesterday. Now we wait to see if it worked. Speaking of waiting, we sat there 2 hours before they called him back. You'd think an orthopedic surgery group would have the most comfortable waiting room chairs in the world. Nope, they were pretty bad. At least it's over (for now). Have a great Friday!

@sp1187, some of your geese are in the pond behind my house this morning. A whole herd of them. Flock? Nope, Google to the rescue. Gaggle. I had forgotten that one. Anyway, I haven't seen them before and I'm sure they were just stopping by on the way to see you! Kenzie wasn't interested in the geese. On the other hand, the squirrel on the fence had her running!

we refer to them as a flock.
i'm thinking a "gaggle" are those non flying farm variety.
i get another week at them next month.
not sure if the ones that returned will be staying with the snow on the ground.
if they can't find the left over scrap corn to eat, they go some where's they can.

This calls for a second post this morning. Was going to run some errands until I got to the end of the driveway. Car is back in the garage and I’m grabbing my snow boots, gloves and shovel. Of course my husband is out of town.

snow day update.
they got another one today.
apparently they have so many per school year to use without
having to make those days up.
so they decided to use a few.
wonder if the teachers will be returning the two days pay they are getting for not doing anything.

Cause I have a walking trail in front of my house. Was city or country or however is in charge of the trails not the snowplows that take care of the roads. 2ft size snow boulders that are frozen solid with our 28 degrees temperature. I had to pick them up to move them, which was not easy. No my back and shoulder hurts. Usually it’s days before they get around to clearing the trails.

forever ago I spent six weeks down there for my scuba instructor cert.
five days a week driving between Jupiter and Hollywood.
you are correct, a whole different level down there.
one of my favs was the people that would stop at the bottom of the ramp to get onto I95.
