Sports Doc told me, First 24 hours ICE then you do Heat. BUT, If you Live with back pain you find what works for you .

I would absolutely love to work at live aquaria, but they're about 3 hours away lol. I've thought about merc, but idk what I would be qualified to do there.

Actually had 3 ruptured disks but they only fixed one that was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. I still have 2 more but, as of right now, they don't cause any real discomfort. I live with a 1/2 numb foot from the ordeal but I can still move around fine. This was almost certain muscle because of where it is. I get some lower lumbar pain occasionally from my spine but it is usually temporary. The surgery put me out of work for 6 weeks, which was nice. I could get used to that

Ah yes, post-op numbness, something your surgeon rarely tells you much about. I had a Morton's interdigital neuroma (big one) removed from my foot, and now my entire second toe is mostly numb. I expected some residual numbness, but not so much. But, the lancing pain is entirely gone, so I'm ok with the numbness as my permanent reminder of the event.

Lol! I'm a backyard mechanic at best. I have no degrees behind my knowledge, and now-a-days everyone wants that piece of paper.

Merc Is Brunswick (huge co)...Just get your tail in there and try, they train you to do that work. I work in an auto assembly and its scary who they Tap to do the work Like I said your a shoe in Six figures a year or close to it and they will pay you to get that paper! ....BUT its not for everyone..... but worth a try?

I'm in the club too. Numbness in big toe and one side of my leg from the knee to ankle, theres no nerve pain so I'll take it!
Had a Discectomy and foraminotomy at l3-l4 and l4-l5 about 3 years ago

I have 3 ruptured discs in my neck. They wanted to fuse them. Uh no! I stretch and had some steroid injections. The best thing I did is buy a Tempurpedic mattress! I got one day off work. I will say it's the worst pain I have ever felt.
