Major chores to do here today. Parrot cages, change the pine in the hen house and coop, etc.

Our son and his wife live over by the airport and both felt and heard it. Very sad and scary indeed.

Good morning. Yesterday was rather quiet around here. The best part was seeing our kids and grands with their new shiny toys! Two of our sons are relatively new parents (both with toddlers now). I asked them what THEY got for Christmas....not much of anything apparently. I said, "Welcome to parenthood!" It looked like the babies had PLENTY, though. ;Joyful

I do need to make a trip to the LFS today or tomorrow. It's time for more snails!

Good morning.
It is up to a balmy 16 degrees here. I had to throw 450 watts of extra heaters in the sump. The tanks were down to 75 when I got up. It was 66 in the basement. If I turn on the gas stove the cat is attracted to it an wants to jump onto it to catch the flames. Perhaps if I rub some olive oil on his feet he wont stick.
Rudy has had enough of the cone thing but the drains don't come out until Monday. He isn't singing Christmas carols.
Jeanna has gone to pick up Jill's dad 3 hours away. Jill's is having a cleaning frenzy cause her dad is coming.

Funerals, emergency surgeries, unplanned visitors and a winter storm warning. What a relaxing holiday.
Perhaps it is late enough to have a beer.

Good Morning! It's 23 and dumping here today. Should get several inches out of this storm if it keeps up. The sleds are everywhere now. Noisy heavy polluting overpriced toys that allow me to work all winter. Have a great day and stay safe!

Mornin’ Reefies!
Relax day here today. Might do a water change but mainly sitting in front of the tube watching football.
We need to get some grocery shopping done BUT, as of yesterday, most stores here are only taking cash because of the AT&T damage from the car bomb. We do all of our shopping and get any cash we need by using the debit cards. We bank with Chase ( have for many, many years ) and the nearest Chase branch office is in Bowling Green KY. About 90 minute drive.

Good morning! It’s 23 this morning and we got about 3 inches of new snow. Work should be a little hectic this morning. Lots of people in the hotel. I have been fighting with my DOS to keep primed for a week. I added JG and RODI tubing and one of the heads keeps loosing its prime. Hopefully I can fix today after work. Good morning all! Hopefully a little w/c today and maybe the LFS for some snails. Back to the grind tomorrow, but I'm grateful for another short week! ;Joyful
