I was at a stand still with my PT still very painful and sore and not getting better or worse. After 2 dry needling treatment the pain was so much better. I attribute the difference to the dry needling. It really helped me turn the corner with healing. I have been getting it once a week for about 3 weeks now. I have 2 sessions left. Then done with PT!

New lighting setup for the little guys. I was wracking my brain on how to mount my fans (small aquarium cooling fans) to get some needed air movement. I ordered a set (2) satellite speaker stands that have adjustable height settings to mount the fans on. I’ll use one near the desk and one at the dining room area.
I hope the plants are as happy as I am with the new lighting setup.

Is it just me or are they trying to turn humans into herd animals that eat plants and stay inside the fence until the farmer is ready to go to market.

If I remember correctly, they were turning cicada's into tacos to eat.
I won't get too political. I'm sick of it. Media makes me want to vomit.
But, having Chicago 3 hours away and st louis 2 hours away, all I get is bad news. Going to find my coffee...

My crab is not angry. He just wants his breakfast. I hand fee him and he comes to see me whenever I enter the fish room.

Yes, you should ask about it. I was amazed how it helped me. I was at the point where nothing else was working after 3 months of PT and thought why not try it when my PT suggested it. I asked my surgeon first and he said yes try it! You can pm me if you have any questions about it.

i used to think we were the Alien food herd, visited in prehistoric times and told to expect the great gathering of the worthy so that we. would not bolt when the ranchers arrived to harvest their herd.

Bought a really inexpensive misting system for the henhouse at Lowes, only $25.
We have 2 box fans mounted to blow in on hot days but when the sun is directly over the henhouse, the fans just blow in hot air. I’ve been running the sprinkler out there to cool the air being drawn in. All that does is flood the area.
I mounted the misters over the openings facing down. They make a very fine mist and the fans draw in in. Of course, it’s raining and cooler now.
