Good Morning!

Good morning, just under the wire. waiting for the water to clear after siphon vacc'ing the algae to see what my RBTA baby is doing behind the rock. you have to look down the length of the tank to see it. ok it is looking tiny. i ran the tube across the oldest one and it reacted by deflating to a nub. i may have done the same thing to the baby. no harm no foul but exciting for it.

Good Morning!
Why do dogs insist on running from the wood floor to the carpet every time they need to throw up? That's how it always is. See the dog running for the carpet and get ready for them to barf. The expensive oriental rug is always their preferred target. Why?
Also, guess what happened with my dog this morning

Have a great weekend!
my lab always runs to her crate to upchuck.

Good morning
Stuff going on. None of it interesting except thinking about getting a $4000 puppy. Not something we have ever done.
All the websites
Come get the cute puppies

To me a puppy is like buying a package of seeds to plant. Just a possibility and the effort you make determines the outcome of what grows.
For $4000 you get a dog with a lengthy pedigree of several generations that have been checked for disease and not inbred. This gives you the lowest possible chance of having the genetic diseases and the best chance at a long healthy life.

The truly sad truth.
$4000 for a puppy that won't get what Bear had would be cheaper than what we spent trying to help him between the surgery for internal bleeding, night at the emergency vet, trip to Columbus Medvet, trip to Roanoke oncology, gas and hotels.

I absolutely know the truth to that...unfortunately. I still wouldn't trade the extra 6 months we had with our husky after the surgery for the small car we could have bought instead.
