Good Morning!

Good Morning! It is going to be a good weekend. Poker run party tomorrow and Reef lunch Sunday.
Household repair/improvement projects are wonderful. I remember a time when it was code for "you need to find somewhere else to crash".
I have had:

install a privacy fence for the property perimeter to accommodate our furry frolickers
re-floor the bath to eliminate water damage
wall-to-wall carpet removal to expose hardwood floors and eliminate odors from said furries.
replace black pipe water supply with copper
dining room wallpaper removal, living room, stairs, landing wall repair and paint
an Elm removed from the back yard
75 gal reef aquarium with basement sump and water mixing station
house and garage roof replacement
furnace/AC replacement
basement bedroom tearout because of mold
basement wall flex seal to prevent seepage (90% successful)
a 70' pine removed from the side yard
my next is going to be the kitchen: ceiling, walls, cabinets, back splash, countertops, range, add an exhaust hood, plumbing. floor.
maybe replace the sink and stove for the complete gut, but I'm keeping the fridge, !!.
thinking about it is easier than doing it, but planning the aquarium and executing that plan has helped to see it as manageable.
thanks, enjoy the day!! we are blessed to have problems that can be addressed. to compensate for those that cannot.
with affection,
Dave
Measure your kitchen and send me the dimensions. (Don't forget the important stuff like where your plumbing, range vent, windows, doors, etc are located.) I have designed kitchens for 28 years. I'll send you the 3-D design and you can go out and get prices on materials. No charge, I'm happy to help.

Time to call myself out. I've had quite a few tanks, but this year is my first reef tank. I saw some people with frag racks and thought they were way too obsessed. They were collecting frags like baseball cards!
So.... I just put up my new frag rack with with 15 frags on it right now. I'm such a hypocrite, but I'm totally okay with it. I'm enjoying the addiction . :)

Good morning
Sitting in the dark listening to the flowing waters sipping the coffee.

I liked the Dont Worry, Be Happy era better than the say safe , stay healthy one. Especially since the health part has sailed for me. And it had a nice song.

Fun things to do. Clean gutters on a 28 foot ladder. See it shake. 3 points of contact at all times.

Do you have a creek running along the yard?

Getting serious now.
I ordered a single dosing pump (Found an Open box Kamoer X1 Pro 2 WiFi at Premium Aquatics) and a gallon of PhosBan-L. This stuff is 4 times stronger than what I have been using. I should only need around 5ml a day.
GFO is too piddly for the amount of food I put in the tank.
Now to see what the nitrates do.

LOL! Wait until you have racks of tanks that have frag racks! Multiple Tank Syndrome (MTS) is real. Just remember, enough tanks is always at least one more!

Speaking for a friend of course.

...and good morning everyone.

It was another one of these mornings...

It is really cute...until it happens to you...and you're sleeping...and you want to keep sleeping.

Unfortunatly, I don't have a basement to hide them in. That may the worst part of living here ;)
