Good Morning!

TLAR engineering's newest product. The Diablo Sulfur Reactor.
I got this much done. The media wont be here for a few days anyway. I have to tap a hole in the top and get a fitting for the outlet to screw in it. By putting it in the top I dont have to worry about trapped gas. After that glue it up. The water goes in the tee on suction side of the pump. The vinyl section is so you can see bubbles go by and tell if it is working. The pump is a Sicce 1.5.

Then cut two pieces of filter material. One for the bottom and one to go between the sulfur and aragonite.

Good Morning Everyone!
Hope you’re enjoying your holiday weekend so far.
Rain will be moving in this morning. We’re going out for an early breakfast at the Lodge in Montgomery Bell State Park here in White Bluff. Buffet style with all of the goodies. After that, gonna take in a movie.
Angela won’t be traveling this week until Wednesday so Tuesday looks like a good day to finally do a full detail on our Escape. It’s SOOOOOO dirty. Needs a “cut & polish” of the paint and renew of the Ceramicoat.
That should protect it through the upcoming Winter.
Have a great day and do something fun.
Stay Safe My Friends!

Good Morning. This morning I walked about two miles and went past some Sunflower Farms.

Sunflower maze.JPG

Here on Long Island is farm country, not like the mid west but we have miles of sunflowers, pumpkins, strawberries, blueberries, peaches apples etc. and when any of these crops are in season, tourists take over the streets searching for these useless things.

WE also have many miles of sod farms.

We like it when the people come from the city to pick these things because we have so many ticks out here so when the people walk through these Sunflower Mazes or pick pumpkins, the ticks cling to them for a free trip back to the city which makes less ticks here.

These "useless" flowers are now all over the place in case anyone wants any.

We also have Lavender farms, but I have no idea what that is good for. Maybe ich

Good Morning! What a beautiful day for water changes. but then again tomorrow will be, too!! I bought a new windshield for my bike. It is too narrow for the hardware but usable, now i have to ride to see if i like the height. if too tall i can get a shorter one when i get the next one.

teal and doves love those seeds.
good place to set up on them when the season opens.

I had a terrible dancing addiction. My addiction was so bad I couldn’t do anything else in my life – I dropped out of school, lost my job, my girlfriend… So I started going to DA meetings, Dancing Anonymous. On my first day, I introduced myself, “Hello, my name is Paul and I was addicted to the Hokey Pokey but I turned myself around.”

Good morning. Doing some yard work today then out to dinner for our 22nd anniversary.

Here in Indiana we have several elaborate corn mazes. Here are two of last year’s.
Ive never been to one though, but they look pretty cool from the air.

I thought Teal was only a color.

I came home and just walked into my Mancave/Workshop/Fishroom and came into a flood. ;Jawdrop

AAAAAahhhhhhhhhhh. I hate when that happens, especially with salt water. I quickly looked to see if the tank was leaking because if it was, I would get out of this hobby and maybe just collect those tag on furniture that says
"Do Not Remove Under Penalty of The Law"
because I am such a rebel.

But it was a 1/2" PVC coupling that sat there for over 3 years doing what it is supposed to do and just decided to crack in half.

It is on the outflow of my skimmer and feeds my algae scrubber and reverse UG filter.
