Thoughts and prayers are with you, @Paul B. Hopefully, the shots will have given your daughter enough protection and she will do fine.

Weather is looking a little "iffy" for the gulf coast, but at this point, I really don't care if it rains the whole time! We just need to get away. We'll be on the FL panhandle, so away from the tropical storm in TX/LA. We're not leaving until Wednesday, so it will hopefully be mostly gone by then.

At least I only have to work 2 days this week! Lots to do, so I need to get back at it....

Right now I am making a jig to cut circles in coarse filter material. I want to try something besides the foam that always plugs up they send with the reactor.

Good morning! The weekend was full of more packing/planning, and me stressing about moving the 2 aquariums to the new house with a reduced time frame. Due to logistics not of my choosing, I now have an 8 day window to get the 75g in the house and running and then move the contents of the 60g cube and 7.5g nano over and hope nothing dies.. Should be good times lol. On a lucky note, our canary blenny survived a trip to the living room floor yesterday. Apparently I spooked him when I turned on the livingroom lights earlier than usual. Little dude is lucky my hearing is still good

I remember the time in the mid 80s when I accidentally tripped over a skunk in a dark alley - it didn't show restraint.

Good morning everyone. I had to replace my pump with a Sicce Silent last night. It's actually somewhere between silent and a belt sander. Buying a different pump today. Not a disaster, just an inconvenience, so I won't complain. Have a wonderful day everyone.

@Paul B My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hoping for an uneventful recovery.

My husband’s coworker/boss ,I guess is what I’d call him, he is founder of the company but not really my husbands boss. My husband is COO of the company. Anyway he is coming to Indy for a business trip and coming to our house for dinner on Wednesday night. So I gotta start cleaning the house today and go to the store to get stuff for dinner. My husband is cooking Indian food and I’m making the dessert.

My new fish are eating much better now. The crazy cat is being crazy. If there is a shelf, fireplace mantle, piece of furniture that is up high, he is going to get up there. I thought cats slept 16 hours a day. Not this one!

It may look crazy but I’d bet money that anyone could stand across the room and point to any one of those wires, hoses or pipes and you could tell them exactly what it goes to and what it does. I just call it “controlled chaos”!
Good Morning All!
Started dealing with a nasty cough and chest congestion yesterday. I’m fully vaccinated, mask up everywhere and scrub the skin off my hands constantly. Wouldn’t be surprised if some unvaccinated “yahoo” gave me the “Rona“. Going for a test today!
We have rain starting tomorrow so I’m gonna try to get my tractor serviced this afternoon. I have everything I need to do it but I’ve been slacking.
