last night's dreams were about being away from the house needing to get somewhere or be somewhere without transportation: i needed the pump to inflate the bike tires but it was at home; i needed to get to work in another town; i was eating with a group at a Chinese place and all the cars left before i was done; I was supposed to show up for work in Tennessee instead of the plant in Ohio, i found out too late to get there. all was solved by waking up at home with my bike and cars in the garage, and being retired.

Good day.
We had a call with the investment guy this morning. We are getting ready to be fully unemployed. It feels very strange.

Has anyone seen this from USPS before. It is an order from eBay for sulfur pellets to recharge the reactors when they need it whenever. They do appear to be on the way now. I emailed the seller but never got a response. They are hard to find right now so I waited patiently to see what would happen.

Good Morning Everybody!
Lots to get done today.
Well, I waited till 9:00 pm for Amazon to arrive with my new pump and NOTHING. I finally checked the tracking on it and it had been delivered. This is the third time in a row that an Amazon driver shoved a package in the mailbox (1/8 mile away, in the dark where anyone could steal it) instead of driving up the paved, lit driveway to bring it to the house.
It was still there but wait till Y’all see what I got!
Smashed box all taped up. Used, off brand, GIANT pump. Full of sand and debris.
Next time I order something, I may just fill the box with cat turds and return it to Amazon.
Thankfully, my old bump with the broken clips is still working. URGH!!!!

Good morning. Got a few projects done yesterday. Since the cat is always trying to get up on top of the built in entertainment center we make a cat walk that goes behind the tv in the living room. He went to it immediately. Had a little trouble getting down due to the sharp angle. Hopefully he figures it out. My husband doesn’t want to attach anything to the wall. So that is all he’s going to get. Leaving the tv pulled out for a week or two until he is more comfortable going up and down it. Don’t want the tv to end up on the floor.

Good morning! Starting the weekend off with some good news My stepmom's surgery(lung cancer) yesterday went great and she's doing amazing! Hopefully she'll be coming home Saturday or Sunday.

In house move news - I found someone to help me move my tanks! Talk about a massive relief I finally finished the 75g build and did a successful "full system" test last night. I still need to fine tune the plumbing slightly. I thought I could get away without a gate valve on the primary drain, but it ended up being way too loud/chaotic. I'm hoping that once I add that in I can get the water level right in the overflow and quiet this thing down, or the wife is gonna veto it.. It's my first bean animal setup, so I'm guessing there's some user error involved lol.

Why do you think you need all that stuff on your drains?
Full syphon drains should be just bulkheads and open drains should be just standpipes. It is all you need.
You should always put valves on full syphon drains.

Lunch was yogurt and Cheezits. I expected them to go over yesterday afternoon and move a few boxes....they stayed here and took a nap instead.
