I really love yours and @WVNed 's system. I love the angelfish!! But I have a bta now and it worries me it will become a snack. Also, those emps get to 6-8" so quick. After that I think growth slows down. I do miss my emperor. 5' tank is not enough.

I now have a bta in this tank, I quess it is no longer just a fowler lol, but the clowns defend their nem from the angels and butterflies. I sectioned off one end of the tank with egg crate and had just the clowns and bta on that side for about a month until the clowns found the bta and we’re in it for awhile. Then I removed the divider and it’s been all good ever since.
This would work if my female clown wouldn't kick my male clown out of the bta. She wont have it. Using a live coral, anemone is off limits. Only the glass and scraper maybe used. She is a tyrant!

I dont have any desire to stress over new expensive corals and adding new fish would be very tricky.

Honestly if you look at some of my older threads I was having some trouble with my parameters. I'm waiting to get everything situated and stable before I make a tank thread incase someone new to the hobby ends up finding it they don't make the same mistakes I did.I don't think I will be upgrading anytime soon either, these prices are going up. I will stick to what I have and enjoy it
