I have read posts by some ~people that will. They are kind of like cockroaches. The bigger the mess the happier they seem.

Still rainy here and the temps are plummeting. Looks like we are finally going to get some of the white stuff today and tonight.
Not as much as some of Y’all get but it sure is pretty when it first falls back here in the woods.

Same here! We were under a severe thunderstorm warning less than 6 hours ago, and now snow?? Our local alert says potential hazardous driving in the morning. Duh, 1 mm of snow in the south means hazardous driving!! :rolleyes:;Hilarious

Good morning! We tested out one of the generators yesterday and thankfully didn't have to use it. The power blipped for a minute or two, but the battery backup kept the BioCube going. I only keep a backup battery on that tank because a short outage means I have to reset the 3 timers on the LED, which just annoys me. :rolleyes: All is well here.

Back to work tomorrow. I'm really starting to feel the need to cut back my hours. I've really enjoyed these long weekends during the holidays and want to make them permanent. Boss and I talked about February 7th (just because it's the start of a new pay period). Husband and I were crunching the numbers some more this weekend and we can make it work! :) Have a great Sunday!

Yup! Crazy weather here in Tennessee. We were close to 70* yesterday and were tornado WARNED for over 2 hours. Luckily, nothing came of it.
 
Good morning I watched for a flood but didnt see one. No ships are docked at our deck. I think I will seek out paint for the bird today. I did manage to get the sawdust that had impacted in my nose out finally.

I was out walking in shorts and a t-shirt...on January 1st! o_O Yes, craziness. I'm glad nothing came of it. I heard it booming outside at about 2:00 a.m., but our phones weren't screaming off, so we didn't get up. I did drag in all of the outdoor furniture cushions, so I guess I "exercised." ;)
