Good Morning!

Great morning. :) This morning I did the golf course walk. The course is a hundred yards opposite my front door but I don't play golf. I walk to the far end of it on a road, then came back through the course. I am sure the golf course owners don't want me to do that as it is private property and I don't want to pay the $25.000.00 to join so I go early when they don't see me. ;Facepalm

Good Morning Reefies
more snow
more wind
more mid teens to mid twenties.
making goose pastrami today.

still waiting on mri report from 12/23
These days you log in and read it yourself. No one tells you what it means.

Good Morning!
The snow is just starting to fall. We are expecting 5-6” today. It only takes ~1” to shut down the state of Tennessee so this should be an adventure. Temps by tomorrow morning expected to be in the single digits with wind chills -0*.
The plow is all gassed up and ready to clear the driveway and the salt spreader is filled also.
I have a Drs appt tomorrow morning which may not happen. The truck will get me there but who knows if the staff will show up at work.
Hope Y’all have a great day. Looks like indoor chores for me this morning and plowing/ salting this afternoon.

Good morning. Have 3 guest arriving tomorrow afternoon. Saturday and Sunday there is a free Twenty One Pilots and Doja Cats concert in Indy. My daughter has invited 3 people from her college group to come stay with us and attend the concerts on both days. That means I have to clean house and get beds ready and buy more food today.

Wow, one inch. They would have to shut down New York every two days.

There is a thread about Seachem Reef Dip. I wonder if it is any good on carrots and chips. I am tired of dill.

I was on the Home depot web site and seem to have caused a stir when I posted a question about if a Bayer insecticide would kill vegans on my pepper plants. People were very upset, I don't get it.

It's what my dad always called them.

It's too cold to paint in the garage. If I do it inside it will have cat and dog hair stuck to it. I guess I will have to wait.

great mom.

Good Morning. We don't even bother with snow removal if its only an inch. We have 2 so far with lots more falling. Only 3 more 16 hour days to go and then I'm down to one job. I took a 10% yearly paycut to get another raise that makes a total of 43% per hour. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Have a great day and stay safe!
Remember, only use the ebreak in corners when it snows!:p

The tank should be fine - I have used those for both fresh and saltwater. The one thing that I have found is that side walls are not all created equal and the ones in that price range and shape often tend to bow on the sides when they are filled. IME, even though it is a 100g, I would expect that you reasonably can plan to fill it to the second line without issues (probably about 60g of water).

Very good point about the side walls. I'm hoping it can hold enough water to completely cover my tallest pieces of scape. Should be good I think.

If you do need a higher water level and bowing becomes an issue then you could build a frame out of 2x4s. A “friend” told me this works.

Interesting. My Rubbermaid 100 gallon tanks have been filled to an inch of the top many times without a problem.

Storm conditions. I am having emergency rations. Bugles, beef jerky and sake.

That is my experience as well. The Rubbermaid brand tubs don't bow, but the comparable off-brands that I have bought do bow when full.

Good morning everyone! It's Friday...
