Ordered a Hydros X4. I guess I am going to have to get serious about this aquarium stuff. All the real reefers have an pH probe. The XS is maxed out doing the ATO/AWC so I will have more resources to work with. Temp, pH and ORP logging
and more WIFI outlets I can control coming.

I got my stitches out this morning. I miss them already. In 3 weeks I start PT and I am happy to go because I know the PT person. I am sure she went to high school and everything.

My wife goes to the same place for PT for a different reason. I am just going for fun as I am not a big believer in that sort of thing as it is for Sissies and Girly Men.

They help you move your arm back and forth a few inches, then rest and have a cookie. Soon after you lift some paper clips while standing on one foot, then rest and have another cookie.

Real men just go out and swing an ax or cro bar a few dozen times or just make wine and you are good to go.

OOh, I am going to PT today for the first time. I didn't know there would be cookies. I hope they have milk too. The kind from a cow and not a tree.

I am firmly in the girly man stage now. Perhaps I should get my hair colored blonde.

I went to PT yesterday. Ouch! They were not gentle enough, did not give me cookies or milk and not much sympathy. I think it's a bring your own snacks and get sympathy at home place.

Good Morning Everyone!!!
Coffee can't be strong enough today, we have about 1-2" of sleet which is now freezing rain. Very eager for the work day to end and I don't understand how people in the manufacturing industry don't grasp the concept of how qty on hand is different from qty available. SMH. Deciding if this is a vodka on the rocks night and really debating on running out from work to get a breakfast sandwich. I am starving.

This was my 30th surgery so I am no Noob to PT. Most of the time it is silly but there are a few surgeries where it is needed. Especially if you want to be able to walk or lift your arm after you heal.

Of course the type of cookies they have there is one determining factor for where I go. Also, if they actually want me to do anything, that is a big No No. It's hard to exercise and drink coffee at the same time

I am supposed to go in 3 weeks for this shoulder and have the place already picked out. I checked out the people there and the closest bakery.
