Oh no!! That happened to my husband awhile back. The dentist was able to fix it with some Bondo-type stuff. I hope your situation is an easy fix. I do have plenty of super glue on hand. :)

Good morning! We're doing a little babysitting today. I'm not sure how the little guy does with storms, but some big ones are forecast to come through later today. Hopefully, between Grammie and Papa, we can keep things calm. I have an arsenal of good snacks on hand...the good stuff that mommy says you can't have! We had fun at the park yesterday. Of course, he ended up with a Happy Meal out of that trip. :) The short/t-shirts will be gone after today. It was fun while it lasted!

Good Morning. :D

I baked some loaves of bread yesterday and made Linguine and clams for some company we had. (I asked them what they wanted to eat, and luckily for me, that is my favorite meal)

When I was cooking the sauce I tasted it and was horrified, it was terrible and very bland. It just tasted like warm wine with onions and garlic.

Then I realized I forgot to put in the clams and clam juice. :rolleyes:

It turned out fantastic and the 4 of us ate a pound and a half of it. The guy said one pound is more than they could eat, but he had 3 servings so that was the right amount.

I also make semi sweet dark chocolate covered strawberries and bananas for part of the dessert :)
 
Good morning. Just got home from dropping my husband and daughter off at the airport. They are going to Florida/ Universal Studios for spring break. Meanwhile I am staying home and taking care of our aging dog. I don’t go on the rides anymore so that is ok. A good dad and daughter bonding time.

Of course not. I went to the dentist and he wants to pull it out and give me another implant. I already have 10 of them. :oops:

It's my front tooth but he can do some magic with a temp connected to another tooth, probably with a toggle bolt and I won't have to walk around with a missing front tooth for 3 months like I did a year ago. ;Woot

For some silly reason this thing isn't cheap. It is about $7,000.00 all together but my insurance covers most of it. :D

To put that into perspective, it is about the same is 200 copper band butterflies. :p

I never understood why implants cost so much when the guy used 25 cents worth of titanium and it takes about 6 minutes. Maybe it's me. :rolleyes:

I planted OSB in my yard but it didnt grow. I have PT today. I was miserable for 3 days after the last one. I need to break that cycle. Time to start watching for the Molly Moochers.

The storms didn't amount to much...that was a relief! Back to cold with a high of 34 this weekend?? ;Jawdrop Umm, I'm over winter, thank you very much. :rolleyes: Just in time for company to come in town. Normally, this group involves wine and the fire pit...might have to be wine and the fireplace...inside!
