Looks like cycling algae to me. Green phase.

I am not expert, but there are green versions of cyanos (red slime); And that is bad- there are many dedicated threads around on cyanos
Can be caused by too high nutrients, too low nutrients or imbalance of them; also carbon dosing can cause them
