Possibly? I can't make out enough from the first picture, but the limited bits I see fit with aiptasia (all though it could be something else). Are you able to get a picture from the other side or turn the rock?

The second picture could be aiptasia, although the tentacles seem more consistent with mojano.

First is cup coral, @Cell nailed it. Second looks like aiptasia

Yes, the one in my first picture (OP) looks very similar to this - so I think I need to get rid of it.

The second one looks a lot like the pictures of the cup coral here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_cup_coral

I'll wait a few days and see what happens with it.
