Good or bad bristle worms ?

Are these guys the good or bad kinda worms ? I got two that I see

Bristle worms are good clean up crew critters...in moderation. I would keep them and just keep an eye on the population of them...

They’re a great part of a cleanup crew. Just keep an eye out..you don’t want a bunch of them

If they get too big/too many put them in your sump

They are beneficial, just don't touch them while doing tank maintenance. Those bristles will stick with ya if you know what I mean.

Looks like a harmless bristle worm . If you find one with red bristles, that is real bad .

Interesting I’ll keep them in check there only I’m my sump for now
