Good or bad flatworm

I have heard that these ones are not the bad one's and should I start tank over

Looks like an acoel flatworm. Not bad, sont eat anything on you, but can multiply quickly and overrun a tank if not kept in check. You can siphon them off the glass during a water change or some wrasse will eat them
