Good or bad for a reef tank

Hello. I have a 250 g reef tank and I notice a little starfishes are growing in my tank if somebody know if it is a good thing to have in the tank, if not what can I do to get rid of it. Thanks for your help.ATTACH]135619[/ATTACH]

I've never had a problem with them. I just look at them as extra clean up crew. They eat their own weight and never seen them harming anything. So from my experience I say they are good for the system

They are called Asterina Stars. Heard they eat zoas and coraline algae. I have them and haven't seen any damage done from them being in my mixed reef.

Asterina Starfish, I've got quite a few in my tank, no issues here. The colored ones end up being the problem, the white and grey ones are ok.

Same here, there are mixed reports on Asternia stars. I did put a pair of Harlequin Shrimp in my frag tank, to clean them out, mainly since they would get on coral tissue and disturb it while they were crawling around.
