Good or bad grass?

So I have this velvety short grass like algae growing slowly over my rocks. All the pics I've seen of gha and other grass algae looks longer, more stringy than this. What is this?
I do have high phosphates, working on that...
Any ideas, going to scrub it off tomorrow
