Good or bad hitchhiker

Hello everyone, i noticed this today looks like some type of snail in a tube. Is this good or bad

Looks like it's probably a Vermetid snail poking its head out. Most people would probably say to remove it, as some species may irritate some corals.

@ISpeakForTheSeas, could it be a spaghetti worm?

I have a bunch in my tank and love them! They have those antenna things and swing them around looking for food. They are beneficial to the tank by eating leftover food.

Not in this case - it only has the two tentacles/antennae, so I considered if it might be a Spionid or Chaetopterid worm, but you can see the operculum (the trap door appendage that critters use to shut themselves into their tubes/shells) in the video; I'm not aware of any Spionids or Chaetopterids that have an operculum at the moment, but I know many Vermetids do.
