Good or bad hitchhiker?

Hi,
Bought my first liverock. Still keeping it in a tub looking for possible problems. Spotted this small growth, not sure what it could be.

thoughts? It is very small and hard to get a better image, can try if needed

yes, it will help take a better picture to ID that thing,,, Light please

Absolutely struggled to get a good photo whilst it was underwater. Pulled out the rock for a photo, not sure if its any helpful.

still unsure if this is something im gonna pull off before putting it in the DT..

what would you do?

observe it at night, and see if any tentacles come out

when in doubt, pull it out. . Probably just some sort of sponge but they arent really too helpful and never really look good anyways

Thanks guys! Ill try to observe it at night just for fun, but also agree that its probably not something I want to keep due to it looks anyways. If in doubt pull it out is probably a good philisophy! Thanks
