Asterina starfish. Mostly not a problem. However they can really multiply. Here is a website I use for identification.

Asterina nightmare star. They multiply like mice and will go after zoa and some soft coral. I had two pair up and take down and entire colony of Bam Bam zoas on me

This is Asterina starfish.
It may multiply fast and dominate tank. By many regarded as nuisance. I had outbreak once, but I don't think any damage was done. I personally regard it as a member of normal reef tank biome.
There are ways to control it if it becomes a nuisance, but I would restrain from it now.
Your tank seem to be fairly new and it needs to get through maturation process.

What specific asterina star species is hard to ID. Most are very reef safe, and honestly you're not getting rid of them unless you get a harlequin shrimp. What you do next is based on how risk averse you want to be.
