I noticed this one and one more small one in my 6gal nano
 
This is like “Finding Waldo!” I’ve circled what I think you might be talking about…..and it’s a bit fuzzy, but I’ll guess that it’s a bristle worm. These are a ‘take it or leave it” kind of thing. Some people consider them to be part of their clean-up crew, others don’t like them. Either way, just watch out because they can give you a nasty bite.

Bristle worm... Good for tank.. Some fish prey on them.. When they get too big and scare you just throw it in your sump... Or get rid of it.. They feed off left over food and detritus.. They are a good part of an established tank..

Be careful the bristles will sting you and hurt/leave a rash.
