Good or bad worm?

Found these in my HOB filter when doing a good cleaning today. Good or bad?

Not sure on that one, if in doubt take it out, I know certain bristle worms are good as long as they don’t multiply to much.

Yeah I soaked my filter in vinegar water and just squeezed out the sponges in fresh salt water. Hopefully not too bad lol

Hard to tell for certain but zooming in, it appears to be a bristle worm. Generally a beneficial element of your CUC... until it's not. I, personally, have never had a problem with them.

Maybe a Dorvilleidae worm?
