Good or Bad Worms

Was cleaning my sump like usual and for the should i put them back in or not

You may want to be careful about touching them as the fine bristles will end up in your skin and cause a lot of pain for some people. For me they just cause major swelling. I have heard of people using tap to remove the majority of bristles from their fingers. I use Vinegar as it dissolves them.
