Tank Overview:
CADE 600 SR (57 gallon DS with 13 gallon divided sump)
Everything is happy with parameters always been on lower side, but stable. At least from what I’ve researched, just stabilizing the ecosystem. But fish and corals are happy just not much growth.
Bi-weekly WC of 15 gallons with tropic pro reef.
No dosing other live algae barn phytoplankton.
ALK- swings low 6- low 7. Mostly stays around 6.80 range ( I know it’s low) Trident and Hanna
PHOS - reading at 0.05 - Hanna
Nitrate- 0- Hanna
PH- low 7-8 tops- apex
CA-375 trident
MAG-1518 trident
Temp- 76.5-80
Wondering if this green slime looking dry rocks bottom left is normal ugly phase ? Also have some wavy hair , kinda more brown than green showing up on back wall. I do see corralline growth around returns.
Also noticed white sponges showing up everywhere from back chamber return ( no light visible) and all throughout my sump walls. I’ve read or at least hope.. they are harmless. Any thoughts ?
Purchased live rock bottom right from LFS. Center rock was dry as well.
Few snails, few hermit crabs, about 15k algae barn pods. Pairs clowns, six line wrasse, lawnmower Benny and firefish.
