This appeared on my glass a few days ago. It slowly moves around the front panel, almost like a snail without the shell lol.

What is it and is it a good or bad guy?

Any chance of a pic of the critter's top?

If not, is the critter basically totally flat, or is it rounded on the top? Does it have little antennae/"horns"?

My first thoughts would be either a nudibranch or a flatworm.

Here you go, best side and front view that i could get.

I assumed flat worms, but I did add 5 berghias a couple of weeks ago and they did not look like this when I received the shipment or when I've seen them at night on the rocks.

Yeah, those are flatworms - not keepers.

Looks like a copepod eating flatworm. If this is a newer tank the sudden increase in copepod population will cause them to be seen. Once everything levels out they seem to go away on their own. I wouldn't worry about it.
