Good or Bad?

I've just seen these in my tank for the first time today, crawling on the glass and sand. I think they might be pods of some sort but I just wanna make sure.

It might be a harmless Munnid Isopod or something similar, but for some reason I don't think that's correct. The links below might help though.

Thanks for the suggestion, google doesn't seem to have very much info on these being in a tank for me, any good links? shouldn't they have some type of tube that they live in if they are tanaids?

thanks, I checked the guide before posting here and also thought it looks most like the Munnid Isopods, but like you said it seems slightly different.

I'm afraid they could be small Cirolanid Isopods??? Hopefully not!

Definitely not a cirolanid. I'd bet big bucks he's a cool guy.

You'll often just find tanaids out and about like you would an isopod or an amphipod.

I'll go up on my big screen and have a closer look.
