Can someone help identify these hitchhikers on the base of my rock anemone's rock. If they're bad how will I go with removing them?

I think you are refering to the tubes with the little critter sticking out. If so, those are a thpe of feather duster. Harmless. Some fish eat them. I actually enjoy them

I can't really tell from the pic but maybe a sponge or tunicate?

It looked more like an aiptasia so I carefully removed it
