Good or bad?

Started to see some fuzzy stuff growing then found an infestation in the back of the rock where there is no light or much flow...looks like a bunch of tiny white featherdusters. Now noticing it all around the rocks.

What are they and should I be concerned?

Very long and stringy and was almost cotton ball-like when I found the colony behind the rock. I hope they are just feather dusters...
