Just bought a zoa colony gave it a good dip and loads of life came out sadly I don’t wanna risk any of it but as it’s settling this I presume a bristleworm came out so I quickly got it out! Is it a good guy or not?

If you're asking if it's a bristle worm or fireworm, it looks like a bristle worm. Typically good guys.

Some people say good, some people say bad. In my opinion, they're good. Sometimes they can get out of hand which is typically why people say bad, I believe. Either way, great detritivore, it'll help keep the tank clean!
