Below is a picture of the par distribution that it shows in the product description on Amazon. My tank is a 37 gallon. 23” High and 30” long
I'm guessing your par would be in the range of 20 at 23"? Not saying it's impossible but if you are to keep that amount of par at that depth, i'd watch your coral almost daily.Below is a picture of the par distribution that it shows in the product description on Amazon. I believe you’re right, I’m using the Nicrew hyper reef 30. Off of Amazon. It’s about 8” from the top of my tank. From very top to bottom of tank JT’s looking like 23”. Wish I had the money right now for an ai prime. That would probably do the trickI'm guessing your par would be in the range of 20 at 23"? Wow! See they are so unpredictable! I’ve moved mine around about 3 times in total. Gonna try this spotI think they are pretty adaptable, I had one that grew up and into one of the brightest parts of my tank (lights were a bit dimmer back then I expect 250+ PPFDish as I didn't have a meter) but I also had some grow in a dark corner LOL.
leave it.. the more u touch and move it, they get unhappy. patience is key..Wow! See they are so unpredictable! I’ve moved mine around about 3 times in total. Gonna try this spot
