Is their only one size for the k7 pro they have it on sale for only $130.
Yeah I think I’ll be getting a nopsyche. So I have money to also get a refugium light. You want to buy the full kit that comes with mount and controller, which is closer to $200 on sale. If you get a larger tank someday, the one controller will run multiple lights. Then you can buy additional units at the lower price point.
Both lights will grow SPS in a 29. If I remember correctly, the Hydra will have somewhat higher par, but I don’t think you will need either to run to full capacity in your tank. The Hydra has a really nice app and some more features. It’s up to you if that is worth the extra cash. You will be right about at your $450 spending cap for a Hydra and a mount.
I currently run a Prime on my Nuvo 20 and really like it, but will be putting two Noopscyche fixtures on my 40B build. I can do a pair of them for less than one Hydra.....
