Good return pump for this setup

Hello!

I'm running a really crappy return pump and have decided that it's not pumping water quick enough and its time to upgrade. Any recommendations for a 10 gallon sump on a 12 gallon display with a distance between the two of being 5 feet.

I ran a Sicce 1.5 on a 27 gallon cube with a 10 gallon sump. The pump was silent, you could look at the Sicce .5
