Good sps to grow in the shade

I have a shaded area about midway in the tank under my powerhead. What would be a good species to grow under it?

My red robin stag is kinda shaded and it still grows well and colors better than in high light imo. Gets more light light pink in high light and more of a red color in shaded areas. Echinatas like the icefire will do ok in low light they are fairly slow growing anyway same with lokanis and other deepwater acros like poland mentioned. Birdsnests the sour apple, ora green, ponape, tubbs purple polyp, all do well in lower lighting too.

IF its really "shaded" then none of your sps will thrive in a shaded area. If your fish will allow it you might do better with an azooxanthellate or non-photosynthetic species of coral. Tubastarea or sun polps come to mind.

Hands down, Ora neon green birdnest. Grows pretty quickly, color is bright, vibrant and rich. It is awesome anywhere but it thrives equally well in the shade.

I got a frag of red dragon. When I put it in the tank as a frag I kept down low. Since then I have never moved it and the growth I am getting is insane. I would have never expected that growth from an sps. Keeping it down low you get the dark red color too. Flow is key.

Cyphastrea but I think that is technically LPS.

I think Montipora Spongodes or Stellata would do well, too.
