Good worm or bad worm?

I've noticed a number of these little guys popping out of my rock work as the lights begin to dim. They definitely look to be some sort of bristleworm, but are they good or bad? Friend or foe? I apologize for the crappy photo quality

Looks like a basic bristleworm. Good hitchhiker :)
 
thats a good thing cause there sure seems to be a lot of them!
Their numbers tend to self regulate based on how much food is available. If you see them start to get out of control cut back on your feeding.
 
Bristleworm and there are not really any bad bristleworms I have heard that the can grow 4 ft long I would sump him or get rid of him but that's my opinion.
