So we just broke our coral life grabber. And my mend job didn't hold. I have a Gopher "as seen on tv" grabber tong thingy for yard work. Much more durable. My question is if I get a nother one is it safe for reef tanks. Looks to be aluminum anodized, stainless and plastics. I would think so as it dosent live in the tank but only gets dunked. Or perhaps aluminum any ware near is a bad idea. But Hoping some one already knows.

I used one for a while but it started rusting from the inside out and didn't last too long

Top Fin makes one that's all plastic that works great, and its only about $15 at Petsmart. Has a couple ss screws and internal spring
