Hey everyone,
Well I've never had nice pix of my tank or corals until now!

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to my buddy Mike for taking the time to come out and shoot/edit all these awesome images. Thanks Mike!

So, with that, here's a few of the shots he took for me last weekend.

Enjoy!

Beautiful looking tank and corals, thanks for sharing and your friend did an awesome job of taking pictures of your tank.

I'm not sure why I can't go bak to my original post and edit it...but I think these pics will work better pasted into the thread. Thanks for all the kind works everyone!

Do you have a tank build thread somewhere? I'd love to know more about your lighting, filtration, etc.

I don't have a tank build thread. I do have a few pics but to be honest it all happened so quickly. I had a 90gal that was set up for over a year. I knew I wanted to go bigger (duh)... So, I planned it. I ordered my 72X24X22 Eurobraced LeeMar.... front display panel Starfire. It took me a month to get more LR and all the new water ready to go at once in my garage. So, once I got the tank, addt'l rock, addt'l sand and new water made I did the transfer. It was very successful. I didn't loose anything except my Starry Blenny who jumped out of my new tank that night :(. I have a 4" DSB. There is a 40gal sump below where I run my Bubble Magus 220a Skimmer, Lil Fishies Reactor with GFO and my 20 gal ATO tank. (I'll try to post pics soon). I run my RODI water from the garage through the walls in my house directly to the ATO storage under the tank. I manually turn it on with a timer when running low. I also ran a fresh air pipe from my skimmer to a vent in the garage. I was having PH CO2 issues in the winter from the house being closed up. I run (6) 60" T5's. All ATI and 1 Gieseman Actinic Bulb. I run 3 ATI Blue Plus bulbs but have 1 Blue Special for growth + 1 Purple Plus. I ramp 2 bulbs on at a time and and then back down until they all shut off at night. 2-10pm. LMK if you have any other questions. Not sure if I missed anything here.

Ohhh..I manually dose Vodka, 2 part and Mag once in a while. (Did I say "I"?. I meant my awesome wife! Don't be jealous!)

Wow...it's been a while since I've updated this thread. A lot has changed. I sold my 2 huge Red and Green Monti colonies in the center of my tank. They were getting way huge so I had to get them out. They encrusted on my LR so they're already starting to take off again. Here's 2 crumby before and after shots:

My wife and I got really busy for a while and we kind of let things go. The params got off...ALK swing! I didn't lose anything but some of my chalices STN'd and most everything wasn't very happy. We invested in 2 BM dosing units and now everything has been stable for about 3 months. I'm starting to see great color and growth. I'll take a few new better quality photos and post soon.

Very nice. What camera and setup was used?

What an awesome tank! Love it!

Thank you guys. The really high quality photos were shot by a local reefer friend...and I don't know what he used. He's got a really high end camera and macro and lens (obviously). The FTS I just posted was shot with my cellphone (obviously). I don't own a nice camera. Hopefully some day I will because I know I could shoot some really nice pics that would show my color and growth progress. Most people that see my tank in person can't believe how fast my corals grow and the overall health of the entire tank. To be honest, I don't really understand it either. I 've always used all T5's for lighting, I do dose Cal, Alk, Mag and Vodka. I have a large sump with a nice big skimmer. I only do 25 gallon WC's about every 6 weeks. Go figure? I do pay attention to the tank so I guess if you add it all up.. that's why it's thriving.

Example of the growth in the past year. See the photo above of my Endata?

Here's a more recent photo (really blurry shot but you'll get the idea). I bought this as a fresh cut frag out of Vivid Aquarium's 800 gallon display in SoCal. It's that little stump in the middle
