I don't think those are Gorilla Nipples, on Zoanthids.com it says "They have green skirts with a purple ring and red/deep orange centers." Maybe under your lighting though that's how yours look.

Gorilla Nipples = Brownish Skirts
Gatorades = Bright Orange Skirts
Blowpops = Green Skirts

Is there really a defined difference between Green Bay Packers, and Blowpops? Unsure on that one.

Nothing as fun as resurrecting a decade old thread lol.

In short, these are all bucket strains that have multiple variations but have certain distinguishing characteristics. Can there be more specific ID's? Sure, but an ID/name is only as good as its 1) useful and 2) widely recognized.

Gorilla nips - dark orange center, brown/forest green median and skirt.
Gatorades - orange center, viridian median, orange/red skirt.
Blow pops - yellow center, blue median, green skirt.

Green Bay Packers (like radioactive dragon eyes) are a big group with a lot of minor variations but in principle its all the same thing. These have that yellow/orange center, green median, and usually a yellow skirt.

Great reply! I have also never heard of "viridian" before but seems to be a near perfect match.
