So I'm in the process of acclimating my two new clownfish I also got two damsels. Now should their be an order in which I introduce them? I have one clown in the tank which I hope will get along with its kind. Two firefish and a cleaner shrimp

Sweet I'm hoping my other clown excepts the new guys. My clown is about 1 1/2 in the two new ones I got maybe 2-3 inches big

So if it doesn't work out

My lfs store will take my smaller one

Be carefull with them damsels they can be very mean. I would not put them in a reef tank.

No they not bother corals they will beat up on your fish and you will have trouble getting them out of your reef. Why take that chance?

Damsels and clowns can be ok together or it can be a problem. The bigger problem I see is you have two decent sized clowns the same size. If they are both female they will fight and one will eventually kill the other. Been getting a pair of clowns one needs to be noticeably smaller than the other.

One is smaller than the other. Two actually

If there is one that is bigger than the rest, that is your best chance of all three making it but usually you'll end up with a pair. The larger one will pick on the smaller two from time to time to keep them in check.

Damsels can get mean when they are big, can be problematic towards new additions. Also, they are anemone fish as well so if the clowns are hosting the area the damsels want (can be a corner of the tank or any other spot) they will fight.
