Looks like African Blue Hornets to me. Mine where slow slow slow growing till I got them up near the top of the tank with decent flow. If they are african's they love light and love flow. they are found in like 20-30 feet of water so they kinda get beatup a little by waves.

definetely africans many vendors have been getting huge colonies in here lately expecially extreme corals those arent the blue hornets that sell for 30pp
