The guys at my LFS are great but they are not up to par on the common names, just the scientific ones. As in Acropora sp. Any help guys?

I love this one. green base with purpleish/red polyps

and lastly, kind of a redish/brown atm. I'm sure it will color up in the future.

The scientific names may be all they have. Acropora colonies are generally named by LFS when they find one they like. WWC, Cherry, coral king, unique and others often will name one they get in. There are some cases where a name will endure to other collected pieces beyond the original collected one. Like strawberry shortcake or ice fire. But most times they are frags from wild or mariculture colonies. Unless it was fragged from a named aquaculture piece. The seller would have added the name if that was the case.

An un named piece may color up and be as nice as any named piece.

Yea I figured as much. The one in the first pic is coloring up nicely with its green base and reddish polyps. The second one has turned a blah brownish grey color and has lost its polyp extension after moving it to its permanent place :( . And the third one has turned a pale color, almost white with an orange tint o_O , but towards lights out its green polyps start coming out.
