Got my ATI water analysis back. Need pro help. Well water

I was trying to avoid RO water filters at my new house with well water from New well. I knew I had phosphates and incidentally my Hanna checker ulr was dead on.

Anyway please let me know if I can avoid the actual RO filter itself. I hate waiting days to fill a tank. Di resin filter or carbon only would be great. There are currently no fish in the tank. I tried a wrasse but it died gasping for air after 3 healthy days which prompted me to get this test. Tank was bought used and was sitting in a storage for years. Don't know what the tank contributed to which elements and what comes from my instant ocean salt.

I wouldn't use this well water as is.

The zinc and the silicate are probably the worst issues. Selenium may also be a problem. Copper may accumulate , but isn't yet high enough to be a problem.

I wouldn't use the well water. First is that your well water is high in silicates. Unless you grow sponges you will likely have a diatom issue. You also have some copper in it. It is a very low amount (0.0055ppm) unless you do something to remove it, it could build up over time.

As for your tank water... are you using a pH buffer? You are running low salinity, normal calcium, and high alkalinity which is an odd situation imo.

Honestly I can't figure out the alkalinity either. With 1.021 I figure it should be quite a bit lower.

So would my ro filter remove all that stuff I don't want?

As far as the copper it seems the carbon has been doing a good job removing it from the tank analysis.

Regardless so you think just back to my ro filter?

RO means RO/DI? yes, that will work. TDS should be 0 ppm.

RO alone may still let a lot of silicate through.
