Looking very good. I imagine that it helps with light pollution into the room a bit too, the G4 lenses tended to shine into the eyes before the diffusers.

Yes it helps to cut down on light spill in the room :)

Nice! Looks like we have the same tank (reefer 250?) with the same number of xr15s! Glad you like them

Much better light spread but I feel like it has more light spill similar to an edge to edge T5 fixture. Still loving them though!

Has any diffuser users measured their PAR numbers before and after?
I have had to increase my intensity from 75% up to 100% to keep my clam happy. I suspect that the slight decrease in PAR values reported are more then they say.

What radion version?

Fixture without diffuser gap to water column is 8.25"
I do not have any PAR readings , hence my asking on this thread. I base the decreased PAR levels from how my Clam looked after 4 weeks with the diffusers and no adjustment to intensity levels and also because Ecotech states that there is a 25% decrease. (I could have sworn that they initially said 15%~20% but just checked their website and now it says 25%)
Three XR15 G4 units on a 36"x24"x18" aquarium.

Wanted to see if any other diffuser users had to ramp their fixtures up that much due to the diffusers.

the light is more diffused and less disco effect had a small drop ing par to but bumped that back up less shading now to :)
How much did you increase your light's intensity! Brs says you lose 20 percent!
