I found a shelf on Amazon that had a rack for clothes. Worked out perfect for hanging lights and I can put something on the shelf above.

Light hanging and storage, I love it!
 
That looks like a great solution! Might I suggest things of a fishy nature up there? Maybe a sculpture or two would be nice.
